Are All Condoms Vegan?
When people choose a condom they are not only choosing a brand that they deem to be safe and reliable.
Now, they are also considering other factors such as:
- Where are my condoms made?
- Do they come from a sustainable source?
- Is there any animal products used in the production?
- Are animals used for testing?
Some competitors claim to produce vegan condoms, because they don’t use any animal products in or on the product.
However they forget to mention that testing is often done in laboratories that carry out tests on animals.
What does In Vitro means?
In Vitro (performed with microorganisms, cells, or biological molecules outside their normal biological context.
Colloquially called “test-tube experiments”, these studies in biology and its subdisciplines are traditionally done in labware such as test tubes, flasks, Petri dishes, and microtiter plates.
Studies conducted using components of an organism that have been isolated from their usual biological surroundings permit a more detailed analysis than can be done with whole organisms)

What is Casein:
Casein makes a condom soft and pliable, latex condom are processed using a product called casein. This is a protein derived from milk.

Our Range
EXS condoms come in many different shapes and sizes and in various thicknesses.
The smallest condom is the EXS Snug Fit which has a flat width 49mm.
Our largest is the EXS Jumbo which has a flat width of 69mm.

With an ever increasing demand for thinner condoms we have expanded our range and now have two condoms at 45 microns (EXS Nano Thin 53mm width & EXS Air Thin 56mm)
